A bit about my background
I have done my university studies in Hungary. I graduated first in Pécs in 2017 when I finished my Bachelor Degree. I have completed two parallel Master Degrees in Budapest, this way I have become certified as a Psychologist specialising in Counselling and Educational Psychology in 2019. While I was writing my theses I have moved to the UK. Since then I am continuously learning specific techniques and developing my communication skills in order to be able to help more people. I became a volunteer at Shout Crisis Line where I have experienced that justification plays a major role in dealing with high intensity emotions. I am also volunteering at the Hungarian School in Cambridge where I have the chance to be surrounded by children of many different ages. For more information look at my LinkedIn profile here.
My work style
When you are looking for help you may feel vulnerable and lost. Contacting a stranger in this sensitive state can be extremely hard. It is important that you find the right support for you otherwise you may give up on the whole process because of disappointment.
