Founding my way to my passion and happiness

I was born and raised in Hungary, where my fascination with the human story began on the stage. For years, I pursued acting, drawn to how performance helps us understand the complexities of being human.

This curiosity eventually led me toward medicine. I loved the science of healing, but I soon realized I was searching for something deeper: the healing power of a genuine relationship. Along the way, I qualified as a massage therapist, learning how we carry our stories and stress in our physical bodies. However, it was my early studies in psychology—specifically the science of attachment theory—that truly resonated with me.

I committed to this path, earning my Bachelor’s degree from the University of Pécs, followed by two parallel Master’s degrees in Budapest. In 2019, I became a certified Psychologist specialising in Counselling and Educational Psychology.

However, as much as my academic path gave me the tools to understand the mind, becoming a mother to my two children shaped me more than any textbook ever could. Parenthood has been my greatest teacher in patience, empathy, and the raw reality of human growth. It is one thing to study child development; it is another to navigate the beautiful, messy, and often difficult moments of raising them. This personal experience is at the heart of my Parent Consultations, where I support parents in supporting their children through life’s challenges.

Today, my career has shifted from the theatre to counselling, but my love for the human narrative remains. Instead of performing stories, I help my clients rewrite their own.

I believe deeply in the unique relationship between psychologist and client. My role is to be a “compassionate challenger.” I provide a safe, empathetic space where you can be completely honest, but I also offer the professional distance needed to challenge the patterns keeping you stuck. I’m not here to simply agree; I’m here to help you reach the potential that friends or family might be too “polite” to push you toward.

When I’m not in a session or chasing after my children, you’ll likely find me in the audience of a local theatre or buried in a book. I still believe that stories—whether on a page, a stage, or shared in a room—are the most powerful tools we have for change.
